New product: Block shredder
Application
The JFM 750 shredder converts a whole block of product, cheese, butter, copha etc. weight up to 20 kilo, to shredded form in under 30 seconds without the need for prior block size reduction. Simply a shredder with a very good end result.
Operation
The blocks are placed in the loading station. The shredding disc will begin to rotate and the pneumatic ram will begin feeding the block through the pre-cutting grid and into the already rotating shredding disc. Shredded product is discharged from the front and any lumps generated will be discharged to the rear of the cutting disc. At the end of its stroke the ram will automatically retract and the shredding disc will stop. Once completely retracted, the loading door will automatically re-open for the next block.
